The first webinar of 2025, Designing for a Sustainable Future: Strategies to Address the Device and Delivery System LIfecycle is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 10:00 - 11:30 AM US ET.

 This virtual roundtable will bring together thought leaders from the drug device combination products industry to discuss designing for the future.  The roundtable will feature a panel discussion focusing on strategies that companies are developing to implement new paradigms in the device and delivery system lifecycle.  These will include designing for re-use, strategies with new materials, material use-reduction approaches, designing for circularity, and others.

​The roundtable is open to the public and aims to increase understanding of the current and emerging scientific and regulatory context for sustainability in the drug device combination product lifecycle as supply chains and product manufacturers seek to decrease their carbon footprints, produce less waste, and create circularity in resource use where possible.  Communication and coordination among all stakeholders will be needed to implement and navigate these changes.
